The Stress Reset is a four-week stress management program that guides your team through weekly videos, giving them a focus with practical tips to concentrate on each week.
Each lesson is designed to take 5–10 minutes per day (self-paced). Participants can listen to the video on their own time, with minimal disruption to daily work.
All lessons are on-demand—employees can participate from anywhere, at any time.
