How much time do employees need to participate?

Each lesson is designed to take 5–10 minutes per day (self-paced). Participants can listen to the video on their own time, with minimal disruption to daily work.

Is this challenge live or on-demand?

All lessons are on-demand—employees can participate from anywhere, at any time.

Who is this challenge designed for?

The challenge is built for any workplace, from small businesses to global teams. The content is relevant for all roles—leadership, staff, remote, or onsite.

Can managers track if employees are participating?

Companies have the option to add on a pre & post-survey which could be collected by DAILY DOSE and recapped at the end of the Challenge.

Do you offer versions or tools for remote and hybrid teams?

Yes. All program components are built to engage remote, hybrid, or in-person teams equally well.

What is the onboarding process for my company?

Upon sign-up and payment, you will get an email tailored for your staff to be sent out 1 week prior to the Reset start date. August will begin on 8/4 and you will receive your communication by 7/28. We are also happy to offer live onboarding calls for HR and managers.

What support do you provide during the challenge?

Our team is available by email or phone for technical and program support before, during, and after the challenge. Participants can also interact and ask questions via the platform.

What platform do you use for delivery? Is it secure?

The Stress Reset is delivered via the MightyNetworks portal (or you can send out via email), depending on company preference.

Do employees need special software?

No special downloads required. All materials are mobile friendly and accessible via any device.

Can you provide a post-program impact report to present to leadership?

Daily Dose can add a pre & post-survey + executive report for an extra cost.
